Everything is very clean and beautifully decorated , so you feel relaxed. A pretty private yard with a shower to clean yourself off the beach sand. For arrivals, there is a complimentary snack. You can use a kettle to make tea. A variety of tea is offered. A very good breakfast: they offer you 6 different types of food. The kitchen and cleaning staff are very kind. Internet is very quick. It's good for a longer stay, but not for an overnight stay when you do a road trip, as you need to park your car in two blocks.

A Hidden Gem of Comfort and Charm Perfect location. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was spotless and beautifully furnished, just as I had hoped. Breakfast quickly became a daily highlight: fresh, locally sourced, and served in a delightfully intimate open area. Rosa prepared an amazing omelette that I still think about! Truly, a home away from home.

We came there early and Carlos gave us a room without any additional charges. Hotel located not far from the beach, grocery store right across the street, and a lot of different cafes and restaurants close by. Also breakfast was very good.

The location is excellent on a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. The breakfast is also a highlight, specially considering it had eggs made to order. Additionally, the friendliness of the staff is great. I had to check in late and was given very detailed instructions.

The property was very cozy, located at the ❤️of Miami . Walking distance close from the beach , supermarket and restaurants Plus they have parking 🅿️

We got a small apartman next to the main building, which was really cute. Despite of the accomodation was really close to the beach and the Ocean Drive, it was very quiet. The employees and the owner was super nice. They prepared the breakfast freshly there, and we could choose between eggs (omlett, fried, scrambled) and pancackes. The bed was really comfy. We highly recommend it :)

Very aesthetically designed. Location was perfect. Staff that coordinated on phone, not met personally, was very informative.

Like 12 minutes from the Ocean drive. Next by the hotel (150 m) was dock with the City bikes. Breakfasts were delicious!
